1. About Us

Hotel Concierge London ('we', 'our', 'us') provides a platform enabling hotel guests to discover and book theatre tickets, attractions and selected experiences through authorised partners.

2. Booking Services

Bookings are fulfilled by authorised ticketing partners. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by authorised partners.

3. Hotel Dashboard

Registered hotels and authorised Concierge or Guest Services staff may access the Hotel Concierge London dashboard. Hotels are responsible for keeping login details secure, ensuring only authorised staff use the dashboard, and using it solely to assist hotel guests. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud or security concerns.

4. Hotel Commissions

Where applicable, commissions are paid in accordance with the commercial agreement between Hotel Concierge London and the participating hotel. Hotels are responsible for distributing any staff incentives in accordance with their own internal policies.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, exchange and refund policies are determined by the relevant supplier or event organiser. Theatre and attraction tickets are generally non-refundable unless required by law or supplier policy.

6. Liability

Hotel Concierge London acts as a booking platform and facilitator. We are not responsible for cancellations, venue changes, supplier decisions or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and logos belong to Hotel Concierge London or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
